I am a registered professional engineer in WV. I serve on the Board of Rebuilding Together Charleston, Inc. We renovate homes for low income homeowners in Kanawha and Putnam Counties to make homes warm, safe and dry for the past 25 years. … More We recently had a homeowner who had an attic fire caused by a defective exhaust fan. This 100 year old house had approximately 40% of the rafters destroyed. These are not standard trusses and required an engineer to design the rafters and support system. If this roof was not replaced in a timely basis, it would have been condemned by the city building inspector and scheduled for demolition. The homeowner and her son would have been homeless.
I contacted Mario and the Dynamic Restoration Team. They were very professional and did what they said they were going to do. They demolished the attic roof system. They reconstructed the rafters, sheeted and weatherproofed the roof, installed 25 year shingles, ridge roof vent, new fascia, new soffits, new gutters and downspouts. It was a first class job from start to finish. I have been an engineer for over 45 years and Dynamic Restoration did one of the best jobs for a new roof and gutter system that I have witnessed. I highly recommend Dynamic Restoration for roof and gutter projects. -

Eventually we had them replace all the siding on our home and we are very pleased … More with the quality of work and the short time it took. Ernesto and Mario were great to work with as well as Dorothy in the office. I highly recommend them for any siding repairs. They do roofing and gutters as well. Our house is now one of the nicest on the block.
